Value of destruction is $200.00-$1,000.00, or second offense (high misdemeanor)
- 1 year in prison
- Up to a $2,000.00 fine or 3 times the value amount.
Value of destruction is $1,000.00 – $20,000.00 or third offense (felony)
- Up to 5 years in prison
- Up to a $10,000.00 fine or 3 times the value amount.
Value of destruction is $20,000.00 or more, or fourth offense (felony)
- Up to 10 years in prison
- Up to a $15,000.00 fine or 3 times the value amount.

750.380 Willful and malicious destruction of property; house; barn or building of another.
A person shall not willfully and maliciously destroy or injure another person’s house, barn, or other building or its appurtenances.
